- There were 32 different contestants, one from Italy, for a total of 223 entries.
- Of the 223 entries, 194 were designated to be sent to the donation auction, and 29 returned.
- Entry fees collected totaled $1,270.00.
- All categories had at least one entry; Category #5 Best Non-Original Artwork had 37 entries.
- Three judges were used, all from the Lafayette, Indiana, area. Two were from Purdue University and had made Original Art cachets for Dynamite Covers in the past. The third had painted cachets for Dynamite Covers in the past. It took them 6 hours to judge the covers, compared to 8 hours last year.
