Changing Of The Guard
The administrators of two key philatelic organizations are retiring:
Joe Savarese of the American Stamp Dealers Association and Bob Lamb of
the American Philatelic Society. Their departures were timed for right
after the once-a-decade international stamp show, Washington 2006. The
Virtual Stamp Club's Lloyd de Vries caught them, together, for a look
at what they've accomplished.
