Both candidates for president of the American Philatelic Society are using FDCs in their campaigns:

Nancy's appears to have a piece of paper or several folded inside, but the flap was sealed, so I haven't opened it. Janet's has a 3"x5" card inside (but not the same size as the envelope) that includes a picture of the candidate as a child with her first teddy bear.
