Harry Potter Casts a Spell Down Under with Souvenir Stamp Sheets
Images of Harry Potter and his friends Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, among other key characters from the movie, are featured on the stamp sheet.
Australia Post is thrilled to produce Harry Potter imagery on a stamp sheet and hope it will not only be popular for Harry Potter fans and stamp collectors here but also around the world.
The first Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, released in 2001, still reigns as the third highest-grossing film worldwide. Overall, the Harry Potter film franchise is one of the most successful children's film franchises of all time.
The stamp sheet is now available through Australia Post outlets and by mail order for overseas sales from the Australian Philatelic Bureau for $15.95 AUS per sheet. [$11.10 U.S.]
