The People of Americover '97

Emmie Mezzack of H&M Covers of Bowie, Maryland, staffs her booth in the AMERICOVER '97 bourse.	Falls Church post office supervisor Lynn S. Rhee managed the USPS booth during AMERICOVER '97 and canceled most of the covers herself.
	Writer Ken Lawrence received his Ward Award at AMERICOVER '97 from American First Day Cover Society president Tom Foust for excellence in first day cover literature. Life member Lawrence, who also served as an exhibit judge at AMERICOVER, wrote a series of three articles on Earliest Known Uses that appeared in the Society's journal, FIRST DAYS.
Dealer Maury Landry of Ellington, Connecticut, had a busy table at the AMERICOVER '97 bourse.
